「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」

「The hotel is on the hill side and 10~15 min walk from Mainz HBF. If you walk from station with heavy luggage, it will not be a good idea. The room size is big, however the view outside is not that attractive.」

「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」

「If you want a luxury resort, this isn't your place. If you want a safe, quiet, clean, and above all convenient place to sleep, this is it. Just steps away from the train station, beautiful central Mainz is very walkable from here. It's a small place with personal service. If I ever get a chance to go back, I'll certainly stay there again. Mainz is beautiful, by the way. 」

「Wir waren zum 2. Mal im WENS Hotel. Check-in war wieder sehr freundlich und schnell. Mein Neffe und wir haben die gleichen Zimmer wie beim letzten Aufenthalt bekommen, danach hatten wir vorher gefragt und es wurde prompt eingerichtet und möglich gemacht. Parkplätze für unseren Transporter gibt es reichlich um das Hotel. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr sauber - die kostenlose Minibar mit leckeren Säften und täglich Wasser sind unschlagbar und definitiv ein Mitkriterium für das Wohlfühlen. Über die...
