「Convenient place, nice staff」

「Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, nice room, good location. I will stay again.」

「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there...

「The hotel is located right next to Tower Hill, I have no complain on the location at all. I booked an executive suite with kitchen, the room was big and comfortable, we had 2 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed was opened for us by the time we arrived. The hotel was equipped with excellent equipments like a sink, washing machine and dish washing machine, however I don’t think the hotel was thinking from a traveller perspective. We used the washing machine and needed to dry our clothes, but the...

「空間很優」

「I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

「The staff were great, the room was clean , basic, we looked out onto a brick wall which was quite chlostaphobic. It served a purop」

「Water pressure is not good. Location is good.」

「With security guard in the main entrance provided extra security. Nearby have supermarket and restaurants.」

「整潔，寧靜，舒適！ 很近DLR Station 必會再來」

「I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient. If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one...
