「The bathroom floor and tub had several long black hairs that were not mine. Lovely property, but definitely very poor housekeeping.」

「The rooms were clean, the staff extremely helpful, andthe only reason I gave it a GOOD rather than an EXCEPTIONAL rating is that it is not a Holiday in or the like. Tt is, however, very good if you don't need an easy chair or a buffet breakfast.」

「This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!」

「It does have fun vibe but the in my opinion the resort is geared to families with children. This is a large property with spread out accommodations with no elevators. Additionally the pool is tucked in between buildings and somewhat difficult to find. Food at the restaurant was just OK.」

「To preface, I left my house after I lost power during the 4th of July weekend and needed a place to stay. The clerk at the front desk was warm, friendly and very helpful. However my room smelled like cigarettes and ozium ( an anti cigarette deodorizer) the room was musty and damp and the bathroom counter tops still had the measurement pen markings on them on the outside like they were scraps reused. Unfortunately I discovered the shower didn’t work around midnight and by that time when I called...

「Clean, friendly property centrally located between the beach and downtown Hyannis. They have a convenient beach shuttle that runs every hour on the hour which saves you from paying $30 an hour to park at the beach daily. I cannot say good enough things about this property and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We will be returning next year..」
