「very unfriendly. can't communicate in English and didn't receive any replies when using korean. no support and help.

「The location was excellent. There are convenience stores right downstairs and across the street, and Haeundae Beach is within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Despite being in a convenient location, the accommodation was very quiet and comfortable.」

「If I visit Busan again, I will book this for accommodation again. Just perfect! Just one thing that can be improved is to provide a small desk mirror for ladies to use for facial makeup! Other than this, there is nothing I can complain about!」
