My room was small but clean and included all conveniences and amenities anyone could expect. The best part is the super convenient location…right in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Room was clean and had many items for use. Kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The pillows were hard but I think that is normal in Japan. Nice shower and accommodations were close by. Loved staying here and easy check in and check out process

Room is OK. However, three wet spots were found on one of the bed sheet. There were no humilifier in room which make the room very dry, and no windows could be opened except for the emergency exit door.

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

I adored this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious. When I stayed there, the tides were quite low, so the swimming area was too shallow to swim. But the beach was well tended and beautiful. And the pool area was lovely.
My only criticism would be that the carpets in the common area were all stained and sad looking. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay in this hotel.
