Really handy for the train station (Genova Brignole). Staff were great. Breakfast was really excellent. Loved the old fashioned lift - made the stay feel quirky and authentic. Room was lovely and clean. Perfect, thank you.

Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell ...
