「Staff stuck me in toom 102 right next to heavy loud slamming external door. When i registered, they said nothing else available so i spent 2 days hearing slamming door every 20 minutes which is why I wont ever stay there again despite over a dozen visits in the past. There were rooms available but they decided to punish me for checking in 30 minutes early!」

「Desperately in need of a makeover. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and stained, the beds are sagging, the whole place feels sad and faded. I felt safe but that’s about it. Would not stay here again unless they renovate」

I booked for 3 adults and when I asked for an extra blanket and pillow I was asked why and had to confirm how many people in room followed by a sigh. I confirmed on checking in that the third memeber would be arriving a little later, gave name and asked they be let into the room. They were left outside.
