"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"Great adventure, kids liked it. Room is not perfect, and best for 2-3 people though 4-5 can sleep. We had a good stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, 5 stars for them. "

"A beautiful spot in the forest, although just a bit far from the sights in Nara. The staff was lovely and the room quite comfortable, by Western standards for a Japanese room (although the futons were by far the hardest and most uncomfortable of the three ryokans we visited). The meals lived up to the reviews, beautifully presented true kaiseki."

"My stay at Hotel Forza was pleasant. Its location is 10/10, convient to access to the Dotonbori area. Walking, shopping ,dinning ready for you to enjoy. Staffs were very polite, helpful. They speak English good enough to get the job done."
"The location was great. We walked to Dotonbori for food! We were also above a great shopping center. The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel. The bar was nice with a great view of Osaka. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
"Room was spotless, what really really stands out is their breakfast, not just a breakfast, but a spread of salads, soups, breads, hot dishes, fresh brewed coffee, juice and so much more."
"Namba Oriental Hotel was outstanding! They really take care of their guests. When we were preparing to leave, we had no issues. Their customer service was excellent! We will be back again. "
"The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka is a first class hotel located in the Namba Osaka district. I was thrilled when I checked in that the management had upgraded me to the 27th floor, which was a restricted area. I felt very special when using the elevator to get to my room. I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking. Overall, the room is very spacious and clean, and there are a lot of grooming amenities for you at your convenience. And that’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. You don’t have to pack too much stuff. It’s all right here!"
"Everything felt new and slick. Staff at front desk was pleasant and nice. Room was ready early(before check-in time) and both check in and check out process were smooth and painless"
"We booked the hotel without knowing it’s a five star hotel. It meets all the standards for a five star hotel - from staff, service, amenities to quality of bakery. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. "
"My wife and i had to book a room here due to a passport going missing while visiting a local attraction. The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!"
