We were there during a terrible thunderstorm and tornado warnings. I was amazed at how orderly the staff was able to coral everyone getting them to the basement through the stairwells. It sucked! But it had to be done and your staff got it done with a smile.

We only booked Harrah's for the nice hotel room. We did not enter the casino. The hotel room we had was amazing---clean and comfortable. We slept well and it was nice that there were two restaurants on site (one very expensive and one not so expensive). We enjoyed the food in the restaurant in which we ate. We only have one caution. The bathtub and the tile in the bathtub were extremely slippery and felt quite dangerous. I was glad ther was a grab bar in the shower. It might be a good idea to provide a mat in the tub to prevent slipping.
