「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Super cozy place and it is absolutely adorable! It was clean and my boyfriend and i's bed was comfortable. The owners were fabulous and one of them walked us through everything and showed us around. I would stay here again :) 」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「Check in was smooth. David was helpful. Thin dinner menu, but Sunday breakfast was generous. The pool was clean. Parking was easy and the area was quiet. The halls had new carpet. The bed was comfy. That said, the room was stuffy and I could not get the window open. It appeared the fan on the wall unit wasn’t working. Also the curtain would not close fully.」

「The cabin we stayed in is basically a tiny home and it is quite uneven, the furnishings are extremely warn and nope in taking the cover off the water was so cloudy we passed. No host on sight either. The greatest thing about this place is the location and history now, i needs the care it deserves.」

「Very old and dated hotel/motel. Bed had little support, old bouncy mattress that sunk in the middle. The toilet seat was very old and looked like it was painted to make it look clean but it was scratched and worn and dirty looking. How much does a new toilet seat cost? Carpets stained and dirty. No elevator. Very dissatisfied. 」
