「Had been travelled over 10 years but never been charged for asking hot water! My parents were over 75, they would like some hot water for drinking. Due to no cups nor water boiler in the room, we asked for the hot water from the owner nicely. It came out to be..$0.5 euro per 400 ml. You can do your own judgement whether it is reasonable or not. 「I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.」

「Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.」
