Na descrição durante a compra dizia banheiro privativo no quarto, chegando lá o banheiro era fora do quarto, compartilhado. Queriam cobrar um valor mais alto que o que constava no site. Essa forma de pagar no local é péssima, prefiro pagar com antecedência o valor que me é apresentado desde o início. Demorei horas pra conseguir tomar um banho, primeiro não havia água, depois a água não esquentava.

Tivemos problemas com a hospedagem, a reserva não havia sido efetivada entre hotéis.com e ruínas view, segundo responsável não recebeu nenhuma solicitação do hotéis.com. Enfim, fomos encaminhados para uma outra hospedagem da rua paralela, onde tivemos que esperar a chegada do proprietário para ligar a água quente, o qual demorou bastante. Único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que tivemos que ir tomar no Ruínas View e foi bom.
