"Beautiful place. We stayed in one of the family bungalows. It was perfect for our family of 4. Nice and clean. The staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The only down side was the distance from town. Had to take a 20 minute shuttle or taxi to get around. The resident alpacas were a nice touch."

"We loved our stay here. The property is just a few minutes walk from the town square but in a much quieter spot and with a view of the ruins. Its fairly new and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was good, though lacked a little variety. The team here are incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel like valued guests. I would recommend requesting a first floor room if possible as there was some noise from the room above us. You will also hear the train horns sounding down the valley which are quite loud, though you will get this anywhere you stay in this town."

"The staff were amazing. I had altitude sickness and one of the owners quickly provided me with water and cocoa tea. The owners have a baby there and it felt very family friendly. He was very cute. My room had a great comfortable bed and the shower was great. There is the sound of running water as it is by a river but i found it calming to sleep to. Amazing place, would stay here 10/10!"

"The hotel is easy to find. It is quiet and safe. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was very good but the shower could have been hotter. Staff were very good. A fine hotel."
