"We had a great time. We came up as a family of 6 and booked the two bedroom with a kitchen. Nice to have all the fun things to do right on site. Pools, slides, grills to cook out on, foam parties and popsicles at the pool for the kids. We listened to live music by the fire pits one night and there is even a playground while you grill out. We did not have to leave the property during our short stay for a cheer camp locally. We would return and stay again. We really had a great stay and was exactly what we needed on this quick trip for a family of 6."

"It's a typical mature establishment. Check-in was very well managed by well trained staff. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The beds were okay...the tv operation is tedious...the shower worked very well...I like how quietly the toilet worked. Our room had a painfully slow draining sink. We notified one of the staff...maybe they can tend to it today. Kudo's on the breakfast! Overall, a good value for the money givin a busy tourist area."

"An amazing stay for a besties trip with bestie kids! Everything was awesome, bubble shows, dancing, glitter tattoos, and waterslides for the kiddos. Mixed drinks for the mommas! Everything was clean and orderly. The candy shop had some amazing treats too! Great time. Will definitely book again!"

"Rooms were clean, some peeling paint. Could use an update overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy walk from downtown Gatlinberg. Onsite restaurant had really good food and was priced reasonably as well as open until 11 pm for those late snacks. Ample parking and was included. I’d stay again."
