「The downtown area is under a lot of construction so wasn’t really a nice area no fault of the hotels of course. Had issues with the bathroom door, like someone had ripped it off the hinges and you couldn’t open it all the way. The shower didn’t drain well. But the room was super clean and very nice. I would stay at another Hyatt in a different area. Augusta just has nothing to offer.」

There was a wonderful breakfast in the mornings that they served late, so I got to sleep in every day! 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The hotel is ok the price is half comparing with other same kind of hotels in the town of Augusta just 15 to 20 minutes more drive good value for master stay」

「The room was very hot and humid, the only way the air works is with motion. So when you are sleeping it gets VERY hot in the room, we had to take turns getting up every 30 minutes and walk around so the air would turn on.」

「I ended my stay earlier than expected due to the strong smell of sewer gas in my room. When I reported this to the front desk, they explained to me that they had just changed out their grease trap and that may have caused the odor. I also did not enjoy how the hallways were not air conditioned. The lobby and my room was climate controlled however the hallways were hot and humid. In my room, some of the pillows they had on my bed smelled like someone had already sleep on them before I got there...

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
