"I didnt use the pool. I thought it looked smaller than the advertised but its okay as the sea right out front was blissful :) Great location though what i thought was the posher end with the old town close by for great restaurants"

"The hotel itself is incredible, super location and very clean. Room is fantastic with everything you need and very modern with good views. Only grievance is with the rooftop bar. The pool itself is amazing, but had very bad service at night from the rooftop bar, as well as very watered down cocktails, which was pretty annoying as it is definitely one of the more expensive bars in Benidorm. Additionally the staff could have perhaps shown more concern around how the stay was, being asked if everything was okay etc would make it feel a bit more special so that was lacking. Probably wouldn't do breakfast again, good selection of stuff but found the quality of some of the items quite poor. That being said would definitely return due to location and cleanliness, but a few simple fixes and it would have been top notch."

"Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy and the view looking out on to the square was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were also great, however, it was closed when we went to get a drink. The great thing about this hotel is its location, perfect for the beach and exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too, they booked a taxi for us for our early morning return to the airport so we didn’t need to worry. We would 100% stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."

"Firstly the hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff exceptional. Room attended daily and very clean. Unfortunately, we booked a 'loft' sea view room, we got the lovely Seaview, but was put on the second floor, which seemed to be a theme for all UK visitors!, and further more above the GYMNASIUM! Every morning around 6.20am, we were woken to the awful sound of banging equipment, weights being dropped on the floor and sometimes music! What was meant to be our relaxing break away, well was anything but! Surely a LOFT room, means a loft, high up. Front desk did offer us another room, but on the same floor again! And the room much smaller which was not what we had paid a lot of money for! Spa was nice, although certain amenities not working, and for even a hotel rate of 25 euros to use, is not acceptable, the spa should be free of charge for people staying surely? Especially spending 1,500 GBP for a 4 night stay!! We were also told on check in, that if we booked a 75min treatment that day, spa use would be included with 10% also off. But on check out found we were misinformed (again) and wasn't the case! So a higher bill of course. Raised but NOTHING done! Poor. Breakfast started off well first day but got progressively worse as week went on! Not much replenishing, so literally toast and butter all week and a pastry! For nearly 1,500 pounds, overall extremely unhappy. WiFi a constant issue!! Dropping in and out, and NO TV! All channels in Spanish!! Ridiculous."
