Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. 「Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! 「Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town, spotlessly clean, very nice courtyard with swimming pool and sun loungers, we had breakfast outside by the pool. 「Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos.
