「Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. 「Overall good. Decent room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The pillows were too high and hard for me but I managed to sort it out. There was a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and some marks on the bedside tables. The bathroom needs attention. Quite a lot of grime and limescale, mirror ledge needs renovating, shower heads were rattling as if they were about to fall apart. So the room ok, the bathroom not so much. Breakfast was decent, location is good, staff were friendly.」

「We couldn’t fault the staff or the accommodation both were excellent. The only down side was the demolition and building of a new hotel across the road, if we had come for a beach holiday we probably wouldn’t have been inconvenienced, but ours was hospital visits and treatment so on our return to the room there wasn’t really an escape.」
