「Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep...

「My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

「This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises.」

「If you are looking for a quick stop to rest and go this is ok but the bathtub was rusted and gross. The breakfast was a joke. And forget getting any assistance when you ring the bell. Only thing I can say is I was able to check in way early after paying $20 extra. My house had caught fire and we had been on a transport 4 days straight no sleep. I’d stay again only if I HAD TO」

「Nice hotel. Only issue occurred when we tried to order breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, we gave up and went somewhere else for breakfast.」

「This hotel was not what I was expecting, very disappointed. Staff was never at front desk they gave us stained towels for the pool and the pool area was gross from other people literally leaving all their stuff around and not even being at the pool. We will not be going back to this hotel.」

「Property was clean and appeared to have been updated not long ago. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions on things to do. I liked the pavilions out back with the tables and chairs. Would have been a great place to bbq for the evening if it hadn’t been so dangled hot.」

「It was a nice stay, quiet. The AC didn’t blow that well, it was pretty warm, but we weren’t going to move to another room which is the only probable thing they could have done. It wasn’t the worst. The lady that checked us in was an absolute doll. She gave us great advice, was super empathetic, and made sure we knew what we needed to know as visitors. All in all, cute and fucntional」

「回bay city 探親,這個夜晚特別找到這家住宿不是地毯的地板 前幾個晚上住飯店,在鎮上很好的飯店 但是每天晚上無法赤腳,因為地毯非常的骯髒,腳感覺噁心 這雖然是小旅館,但整潔度與乾淨度，我們非常滿意，下次回去會再入住」
