「All-in, it was about $60/ night, and at that price point it was a solid value. The people were very friendly, and the room was clean. It could be a little better maintained, and the water could be warmer. For a night or 2, I would go back.」

「-The manager was awful and had the worst customer service -We waited in line for 45 minutes at check in. There was only 1 other person in front of us. -I had called previously to verify the pet policy and the security deposit, but was not able to get ahold of anyone. -He claimed that he was unable to view my information in the system and made me repeat all my information. I stated that something must be wrong with his system because I had never had this problem before. He then began to argue...

「Really clean and awesome breakfast and hot tub!!」

「Their rooms have mold in them before the owner refuses to fix the roof. When we first arrived no one at front desk had to search for someone to check us in and the maintenance man tried to check us in. Changed rooms 3 different times( 1 a/c didn’t work 2n couldn’t get it open 3rd one king bed and pull out couch) . Still didn’t get the room we paid for. Thank goodness we took extra blankets and pillows because there were not for the pullout sofa. Will not be recommending Baymont to anyone.」

「Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep...

「The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room. The tub was disgusting. The microwave had food that someone left and its covered in mold. The maid there is lazy and horrible. Plus they had no...

「I was definitely impressed with the hospitality and kindness of the front desk staff. Upon arriving, my room wasn't quite ready so I had to wait for roughly an hour with children who were ready to get out of the car and into the room. The front desk lady was super sweet and gave the kids popcicles and bottled water and gave us the option of going to the pool while we waited. The overall stay was good. The rooms were nice and clean. 」
