The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Everything was absolutely amazing the only 1 recommendation I would say is to fix the air conditioner to where it doesn’t just shut off randomly. I had to keep getting up early around 2-3am to turn it back on after it shut off in over 100 degree weather throughout the night/morning Other than that absolutely wonderful and will do again!!!! Thank you so much 」
