「I called ahead to request a pack and play for our small child in our suite for when we arrived since it was going to be late, they said no problem. We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there. The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but...
