「So bad」

「Upon arrival I found that the room was attractive, clean, and smelled fresh, no chemical smells or sticky surfaces. I love the colors and simple modern furnishings, comfy bed and fresh, clean bed clothes. I enjoyed being in the room! There was a nice size mini-fridge (with freezer area for ice packs), a new microwave, plenty of hot water…」

「I would not recommend this hotel for several reasons - some significant and some picky. Arrived at 3:30 for check in. When I entered my assigned room it was occupied - someone's possessions were all over the room. Returned to the front desk who then confirmed the person had not checked out. After another 20 minutes it was determined there were no other rooms in the category I had reserved, so I was downgraded. An upgrade was not offered. The room had issues. The shower curtain wasn't long...

「The room was not clean enough, the tabletop was not wiped clean.」

「We were pleasantly surprised by this historic gem in the small town of Florence, SC. The best part was the in-hotel restaurant called “Victors.” The waiter was so warm and helpful in recommending food and drinks for the whole family. It enhanced our experience greatly!」

「The toilet of our first room was nasty. I showed splashes of doo doo under the seat and in the bowl. The lady on the front desk was awesome. She changed is to another room. Then we found that the sheets between the comforter and the fitted was missing. Not to mention that the body wash bottle was left empty on the sink counter. This falls under housekeeping. Someone needs to do some supervising. It's bad because the place was recently renovated and it actually looks nice.」

「The overnight staff were wonderful!」

「Everything was fine. Hotel was undergoing renovations and the painters had the windows by the bar taped off, applying paint with a paint gun. I had my mother who needed handicap parking with tag out front away from painting area. When I came back outside they were spraying in front by the door with nothing taped off completely spraying paint on my truck and other vehicles. Front desk was notified and they ask them to stop but said i should move my vehicle but other vehicles were still getting...

「Terrible experience I was traveling back to Florida with my dog, husband and baby. I stood in room 324 roaches in the room and the carpet super dirty. I told the staff and nobody paid attention to me, I was told a manager would reach out to me and nobody ever did. Please do not stay here.」

「Our room was very dirty!! The floors were sticky! And the walls had stuff on them in 2 different places. Worst Days Inn we have ever been to.」

「Dirty room, stains, dirt bathroom, not sure if tea, small cupcakes and bread called a breakfast. Never again.」
