「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is roomy enough for 2 and we were able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. There are only 2 sets of dishes/glasses/cutlery which is a bit tight but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee on the balcony and noticed a very well used bike path in front of the building that we will explore next time we stay. The bed was super comfy and the AC kept us so cool that we slept in! I would definitely return.」

「Le site extérieur est très négligé. Dommage car la localisation est super sur la rivière. L’accueil a été très mauvais par une jeune asiatique pas souriante qui nous a même fermé la porte au nez pour ne pas être dérangée. La chambre était moyenne, le lit confortable et la douche et les serviettes agréable. Le déjeuner pas très bon et servi encore de façon médiocre par la même asiatique. Il y avait un jeune garçon aux cuisine plus gentil. À la sortie on nous demande un pourboire minimum de 15% ou...

「I was charged an amount on my credit card, although minor, just over $20, I was not advised of this charge, nor did I receive an invoice.」

「Not only the room advertised here in Expedia was not provided, the reception clearly stated its expedia's fault not theirs that the room said second floor and blamed the whole debacle to the app instead of taking responsibility. The rooms are dirty, the bed sheets were not clean and had spots of blood on it. We arrived at 11pm after a long drive and had to settle for cramming in a small bed to make for the one night stay. Terrible experience.」

「Your typical 1970's drive up motel which is stuck in a time warp. Maintenance is poorly done and property needs to be totally gutted and renovated. I looked at the online photos and the exterior is no longer a fresh white, red and green. Roof is in very bad condition. Staff was very pleasant as we arrived after office hours.」
