"The room is very clean and neat, and the Airconditioning properly working. Just a bit concerned on the water/ shower temperature too cold even you set it up for warm to hot it suddenly turned cold water. We love the staff, her name is Ella who assisted us on the reception when we are checking in, I believe her name I remember is Ella, very kind polite and clearly gave us instructions. And Also the receptionist who assisted us for checking out. Thank you for an absolute great service on your hotel. We would love to be back in Hinton again. We had a great experience."
