「Chatham Travel lodge was well situated for our trip further north. The area is beautiful. The town of Chatham is close by with restaurants and shopping. The guests in the room above us were noisy for a while, but not after 10 pm. The lodge is old, but the room was clean and perfect for a one night stopover.」

「While the brick exterior has an older motel kind of look, don't be fooled, the interior has been totally refurbished and is very clean and modern. The hotel is also set back from the road a bit, and our room in the back was very quiet and peaceful with a view to the hills. The facility also has a small bar where you can have a nightcap, which is very convenient if you don't want to drink and drive. I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Having read previous reviews that criticized the reception, staff, excessively loud A/C, uncomfortable beds, etc, I arrived with definite worries. Our stay could not have been better!!! The hotel was filled to capacity, but our check-in was completely smooth, even with our early arrival. The bathroom was spacious with a fabulous shower with strong water pressure. 「It was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time we’re in the area. 」

「Great Time! Beautiful new tents with all the items you need to Glamp with from silverware to tupperware. Comfy beds and comforter! Everyone was so nice and you know they love what they do! Next fall/foiliage camping in the trapper with the wood stove !」
