"This property was extremely disappointing. Charged me for an ESA when I made it clear 3 times prior to my arrival that I have a service animal. Then refunded $10 less than what they took from my account. Additionally, our bathroom light stopped working on our second day and they couldn’t accommodate us in a similar room so they gave us an additional room and we had to use the bathroom in one room and sleep in both. It was not at all convenient. Will NEVER patronize this hotel or any other Hampton Inn moving forward. "

"Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The property exudes old world charm, with beautiful architecture and especially tall hardwood doors leading to each room, which added a unique touch to the experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although the food was a bit pricey, it was well-prepared and enjoyable. Since we were only there for one night, we didn’t have time to explore all the amenities, but our brief visit left a lasting impression. I would recommend for anyone seeking a charming and comfortable stay."

"Parking was easy. Property was very safe and secure. Staff pleasant. An unexpected fee was added for having a guest. My good rate turned in an additional cost. I would not stay again at an extended stay. No amenities except towels. It was reiterated in a unprofessional tone when asked about a spoon "it is extended stay, bring your own". Lesson learned, no extended stay for me."

"My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations."
