"My room was spacious and clean looking. I was pleased overall. The TV worked fine. A desk clock worked good after I plugged it in. I was disappointed there were no USB sockets for charging devices, as these are becoming pretty common in hotel rooms. When I inquired about shower soap via text, the hotel responded promptly, and they were very gracious, asking me to let them know if there was anything else at all that I needed. They were always pleasant and polite, which is refreshing. The hotel is older, so the rooms might show that, esp the bathrooms - but this is more than made up for in the price and the graciousness of the staff. A pleasant stay in midtown KC!"
