"The room was clean but muggy, the elevator was not working and we were out in the forth floor with no options to switch floors. By the time we arrived we sucked it up, it it would have been nice to be told that prior to arriving. I am disappointed in La Quinta. "

"The staff was great. Tulsa experienced a water main break while we stayed and the staff was helpful to get us a room that still had water for a little while, while they worked. Breakfast was very good and they offered to go bags on the morning we checked out. "

"We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here for work, not spending hours online with the booking agency, real person not available. I like using Expedia, but very much hope for better customer care and a valid process to check on the performance of their listed properties according to the advertised service."
