「I booked ahead about a week before my birthday. We bought all of the party supplies and I paid for fully for the hotel prior to my arrival. When we got to the hotel, there was NO ONE working in the office, and the instructions on how to find our room was incorrect, so the it was extremely difficult to find out where our room was. The only person we could talk to was the emergency maintenance guy who asked my name and told us our room number and the code to enter. When we got to the room, we...

「Everything was great here, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was with the bar. The bar didn’t serve any food and also didn’t allow guests to bring in outside food. We weren’t even allowed to eat food in the outdoor seating area and was told we could go outside and sit on the curb. There was only one bartender working during an event, so they were extremely busy, and it took quite a while to get your order. If you want to play pool, you also have to check everything...

「The hotel was nice but the staff was stuck up and rude. The so called general manager called my room and woke me up after I already went to the desk the night before and paid for another night and was assured I wouldn’t be disturbed. I was awoken by a rude phone call questioning me about my service dog and basically accused of lying when I’m disabled and was honest about everything in the first place. I decided to just leave since I was treated so poorly. This hotel is in desperate need of...

「So overpriced for what you get. The surface of everything in the room was *sticky." I don't think it's been cleaned in many months. My child's toys were sticking to the nightstand, it was absolutely gross. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is because of its advertised heated pool. When we got there, we were told the pool heater was broken. My 4-year old was so bummed, as that was one thing he was mainly looking forward to. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told the manager would get...
