The receptionist sits behind bars and charged a damage deposit. The vending machines are behind bars. The stairwells are dark and the stairs are in disrepair. Bathroom was nasty. Mattresses were stained. Guests were noisy.

I purchased the cancellation insurance and had to cancel due to a misunderstanding with the airline and airport regarding my flight check in deadline, messaged the hotel using Expedia's messaging service, and they have ignored my cancellation and request for refund.

I paid $100 deposit. Was told it would be refunded back to my card by 3pm the day of checkout . It now 2 days after checking out and I do not have my deposit back. I'm still traveling and need those funds ASAP. NEVER again will I utilize this hotel brand

DISGUSTING!

I'm honestly not super picky, just needed somewhere to sleep. Was charged an extra $15 to check in at 2 instead of 3 after a 7 hour drive.. grrr. Room and overall premises were dingy, disgusting and falling apart. No water pressure in the sink, didn't even attempt the shower. Pictures were very, very deceiving! Plus a $100 charge on my credit charge for a 'deposit' I was supposed to have back the next day took 3 days to be returned toy account.

The filthy room was infested with insects. There was an unsafe extension cord running from the dirty refrigerator to the bathroom outlet so the bathroom door could not close. The smell was disgusting. The staff was dishonest and rude. The hotel's fraudulent behaviour was reported.

Absolutely disgusting. Electric outlets didn't work and the room had fly paper hanging in it with dead flies stuck to it. Very dirty. We left as soon as we saw the room.

It was basically a flop house for the homeless…with homeless entering the lobby to warm up food. This is not an indictment on them, just a true appraisal of the property. 1 desk but no chair, tv did not work…mold smell.

Bare Bones

At the low price point you get what you pay for. It was very bare bones and nothing more than promised in the ad. I found the room to be a bit less nice than pictures would lead you to believe. Did see a few baby roaches but no bed bugs or other pests. Could have used a good dusting. The bed was fairly comfortable and the area seemed safe enough.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The man at the front desk actually suggested that I pick up a “two legged dog” from the nearby truck stop. GROSS. Not to mention this was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. Mold in the air conditioner, boogers on the walls, and unsettling stains on the mattress.
