Closed two big shopping mall like dfs and San-A Naha main place,parking lot and quiet etc,that’s an option to have a breakfast when woke up in the morning.Everything is pecfect,but inconvenient point was need to get the key in miebashi station and back to take the MRT again exspecially with luggage.

It’s so complicated for check in, check in time only aviliable from4:00 to 9:00, the place for check in is different with the living apartment. And also there is no dining table and a chair in the room even though the kitten is not small but got 4 rubbish bin !

総合的に満足してます。強いて言えば、一階エレベーター前がカビ臭かったのと、ドライヤーの調子が悪くて、コードを色んな角度に試してみたらやっと使えた点が焦りました。お部屋の鍵が入れてある、ガスメーターの中が暗いので番号を合わせる線が見えにくかった。他はとても満足してます。立地、清潔さ、洗濯機やお風呂場に乾燥機が設置されてるのでとても便利でした。是非、また宿泊したいと思います。

2泊３日宿泊。 歯ブラシと髭剃りセットがなかったのを見落としていましたが、部屋も広いし、清潔感もあり、快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機と洗剤もあるので次回からは、着替えもっと少なくて良いかも。

ワンルームタイプのマンションでとても綺麗に掃除がされていて清潔でした。 ただクッションが加齢臭かなにかの臭いがしみ込んでいて臭かったので廊下に出しました。 それ以外は快適に過ごすことができました。

コスパ良し
立地もメインプレイスから歩いても3分くらいの場所だし、施設に関しても困ることがなく、おもろまちの駅からも歩いてすぐの場所なので、空港からの便も良いですし、旅行者には使いやすいかもしれません。

お部屋の臭いが臭かった。動物園とハイターの臭いが混じった様な臭いた。ほとんど外出してたので、夜中に戻って来たのですが換気しても臭かった。かろうじて、ベッドルームだけはドアを閉めてクーラーを掛ければどうにか過ごす事が出来たけど、きつくて早めに退室した。衣類にも、臭いが染み付いて最悪でした。

ダイビング旅行に最高でした。
ダイビング目的で3泊しました。 ダイビング目的には最高です。すぐそばにスーパーがあり、買い物や食事には困りません。部屋には冷蔵庫、レンジ、湯沸かしポットがあり、ある程度の食器も揃っているので、普段の食生活ができます。 使用したタオルや洋服なども洗濯し、ベランダに干せます。洗濯剤、柔軟剤、ハンガー、全てが揃っています。 部屋はとてもきれいに清掃されていました。いままで何軒かアパートタイプの場所を利用してきましたが、1番綺麗でした。 チェックインは1階にあるレストランで行いました。鍵をもらい、部屋へ。 滞在中ハウスキーピングはありません。チェックアウトは、部屋の中の指定された場所に鍵を置き、そのまま部屋を出るだけです。 滞在中、何も問題はありませんでしたが、万が一トイレが流れない、シャワーのお湯が出ない、エアコンの調子が悪いなど、不具合があったら、メールで連絡するよう、チェックイン時に言われましたが、どれだけ迅速に対応してもらえるのかが気になりました。 (ホテルを予約すると、予約内容の確認や、リマインド、チェックイン、チェックアウトはどうだったかが、メールで送られてきます。そのメールに不具合時は問い合わせするように指示がありました)

快適&便利
設備は新しく、清潔に保たれていて快適に過ごせます。チェックインは1階のカフェ、チェックアウトは特に手続き不要なのでロスなく時間を有効に使えます。徒歩圏内にスーパー併設のショッピングモール、コンビニ、居酒屋などがあり便利。近くの「けんぱーのすば屋」という沖縄そば店が美味でした。一つ気になったのは、カフェでのチェックインの際、宿泊者名簿が4連になっており、記入済みの他の宿泊者の個人情報が閲覧できる状態になっていました。カフェはチェックイン手続のみ業務受託しているとのことでしたが、ホテル運営者は受託業者を適切に管理監督してほしいと思います。 全体としては快適かつ便利、使い勝手のよいホテルで、また機会があれば利用したいです。
