Standard Mr Kinjo, would stay again
This was a great place for a long term stay at a great price. We decided on two beds since the one bed is a little small for two people. The two bed layout also has more accessible outlets. The area has plenty of food and is within walking distance of the shopping street. We would stay here again.

This is a great apartment which is suitated between residence and touristy areas. The only downside is the operating hours. They opened between 3pm to 12am. You "may" find difficulty in dropping your luggage before check in time as the recipient door is generally locked before 3 pm. P.s. I was just lucky having a kind staff to assist me before my check in time (regarding early baggage drop).

A convenient location and exceptional access!
We chose this location due to the proximity of Kokusai Dori (International Street) and was happy with the cleanliness, service, and comfort of this location. For the money, it is well worth the value and me and my wife will continue using Mr. Kinjo's chain hotels. They are unmatched in the Okinawa area.

It didn't start well as we didn't know where to park our car and language was a problem despite using a translation app. The room was comfortable enough tho the cookware, crockery, cutlery and cleaning stuff mentioned were non-existent.It is not that they were expected but should not be "promised" when it is not there. Bath and toilet facilities were great as were the bath essentials. Location was good

Very clean and great location
The room is very clean and modern. It was quite comfortable, everything is in Japanese so I couldn’t figure out the hotel water but you can ask the staff. The staff don’t speak English but they can help you using google translate. Leaving luggage was ok. Location was close to public transport and ferry!

年末年始に利用しました。 立地がよくとても快適に過ごせましたが、アメニティ以外何もありません。 簡易キッチンはありますがフライパンなどもないですし、カトラリーがあるわけでもないし少しで良いので用意があると良かったかなと思います。 小さなテーブルと椅子がありますが４人で泊まったので椅子をカウンターに借りに行きました。 次回利用する際は色々持って行こうと思います。

きれいなワンルームマンションでした
初めて利用しましたが、きれいなワンルームマンションでキッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機完備で大変助かりました。 乾燥機はおそらく施設内にはありませんが、歩いていけないこともないくらいのところにコインランドリーがあり、散歩がてら行って乾かしました。国際通りからも近く、何より宿泊料金が安いので大変満足しております。ﾚﾝﾀｶｰで行きましたが、近くにコインパーキングがたくさんありますので心配ありません。コインパーキングのタイプは、例として入場から12時間で800円とか、午前0時まで800円とか、いろいろありましたけど、建物北側の前島エリアの方が、ちょっと歩きますけど全般的に安い気がしました。

エントランスが臭い暑い　部屋も臭い エアコン16度強でもきかない 掛け布団のカバーが汚れてる清潔感無し 立地てきにはすべていいのにまた利用したいとはおもはなかった。残念です　フロントの女性の方が少し日本語ができるがこちらの言いたい事が伝わらない

風呂の洗い場にイスがない！
ホテルは噂通り、シンプルかつ無駄がない。 そして電子レンジはあるわ、洗濯機もある。 アメニティー類と一通り揃ってるから問題はない。室内は当たり前に清潔だ。 しかし風呂の洗い場にイスがない！またお湯を掛けするタライも無い！正直びっくりした。どこで身体を洗えというのか？これはホテルの造りこそワンルームマンションのそれだが、浴室だけは欧米風の湯船の中で身体を洗え！という事なのだろうか？フロント受付に聞いたら...仰せの通りで、そういうご意見はたまにお伺いします。とのこと。ただイスを置くと邪魔になるかららしい。 普通に泊まるだけなら問題はない。ただ私には浴室にイスがないのはツライのだ。

長期滞在にいいホテル
冷蔵庫、洗濯機も家庭用のものが置かれていて、長期滞在にも対応できる部屋でした。 特に冷蔵庫が大きいのが良かったです。 駅にも国際通りにも近くて、とても便利でした。

マンションタイプで受付も簡易的、長期滞在にも良い感じです。近くにコンビニが2件あって急に必要なものが出ても問題なし。おおげさに言えば洋服とお金だけあれば他は何とかなる感じです。楽でコスパよし。

ホテルとしての管理レベルはかなりプア
ホテルのフロントが現地になく、行ってみたらチェーンホテルの別棟で受付。事前にそうした案内はなく張り紙一枚。 玄関前は掃除もされず、まるで簡易宿泊所のようでした。 室内は清潔ですが、エアコンの温度設定ができないON/OFFのみのリモコン。 それに常時、カンカンという異音が伝わっているため、エアコンや窓の外など確認しても原因が分からず。 滞在中、鳴り続けていました。 スリッパも消毒済みかどうかも分からず、この時期に泊まるにはかなる不安を覚えました

いつも沖縄に行くとミスターキンジョウで宿を取ります。ホテルと言うよりワンルームのお部屋を借りている感じだと思えば大丈夫です。いちいちフロントに鍵を預けて出掛けたりとかもないので気楽に泊まれます。ちょっと一つだけ言わせてもらうと夜遅くまで遊んで昼間寝てるのでベッドメイクの音をもう少し静かにしてもらえると言う事なしです。

ベランダで喫煙できるのは良い。見た目は清潔だが掃除は行き届いてない。トイレットペーパーのホルダーやゴミ箱の蓋がほこりまみれだった。安いので仕方ないと思う。
