「Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. 「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」

「地點很滿意, 靠近碼頭, 也靠近野生鳥類的生態保育區, 附近環境很漂亮. 這是我們選擇入住這個飯店的主要原因. 除此之外, 飯店內部隔音不是很好, 早上六點多就被水管的聲音吵醒, 房間內部還可以, 但是沒有特別的驚喜」
