"Room was nice but very small toilet for my large butt. Toilet paper holder in a poor location, took it off and put on counter to be more convenient. Onsite restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday which was very inconvenient for our Anniversary Dinner. We drove to the city and I could not have a drink with my wife to celebrate our 36 yrs together. In a nut shell I will never return to this location. "

"The hot tub damaged my swimsuit and irritated my skin. It also damaged my diabetic sensor from the imbalance of chemicals. Jerk bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom products were so poor even for hotel standards. The alarm block wasn’t functional and the wake up call I requested never came. "

"I’ve stayed here a couple times. The bed is very comfy. That is why I have chosen this place but the this time I stayed here I was not impressed. This hotel was in the countryside. The parking lot was only a quarter full, and because I booked through Expedia, they charged me $10 to park my car which is outrageous. The room was very clean, tidy and modern, but the carpet stunk like dirty socks, it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the breakfast was superberb. "

"The property and the amenities were ok. The cleanliness of the room was not what I had expected. The bed seemed to be used prior without change of the sheets. It had hair on multiple levels of the sheets. One side of the bed seemed like someone had slept as it was all crumbled and was covered with other layers of sheet. The bottom sheet had stain in the middle. The shower curtain was not buttoned properly as all the water was running out. The bathroom zero bodywash. Also the bath tub had hair in it. The balcony had old leaves and was not clean. The char and the tables were all dusty. "

"while the lobby is very nice our room could use some maintenance. the drains for the sink and tub were plugged, the shower curtain had 4 holes in it, there were only 2 towels in the room for 2 adults, the carpet needs to be replaced "
