"This is my first time returning to beachside after 20 years. The hotel is pretty much the same just has been though, from my understanding two owners since the last time I was here. The property no longer has its pool which was a bit disappointing as it was my understanding it was still there but it was explained that the new owner needs to have it removed due to being it such bad condition. In its place they do have e-scooters you can take out which we did enjoy. The dishes are very limited in the rooms, I didn’t have a spatula, or tongs for the room which would have been handy for breakfast. We ended up having to buy salt and pepper shakers for the room, along with spices, paper towel and garbage bags. They never did come in to clean our room when we had put out the “please make up my room” sign on the door which to us wasn’t a huge deal. They also said there is parking for every room but we found if we returned later in the evening we had to park in the back in front of the playground as there was no where to park. There is a vehicle in the back that hadn’t moved in what looks like a long time so I’m guessing it’s the owners. Overall, it’s nice to come back to the property again just which the rooms were better fitted for longer stays. But I would come back again!"
