It's APA, so it was small, clean, and the staff is always helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but reliability good, especially for solo traveling.
I believe there were 3 standard Japanese laundry machines with the built in dry function that doesn’t work too well on thicker cotton like pants.
A couple of the nights, my room got the faint smell of cigarettes, but the entire hotel is non-smoking, so it isn't the hotel's fault someone broke the rules.

Conveniently located, clean, on site laundry facilities, and an extensive, good quality breakfast. Only thing to consider is that there was no wardrobe. If you were traveling alone, like me, it is no big deal. If you will be sharing a room I don’t think it is a deal breaker, but something to consider.
