The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

We had an amazing experience at this villa. The communication was excellent—the hosts responded incredibly fast to any questions we had. The place was absolutely spotless and clean. We loved it so much that we’ve already decided to stay here again. Highly recommended!

"子連れ旅行でお邪魔しました。とにかく最高でした！ホテルの建物はエントランスからお洒落でテンション上がります。大きな窓がたくさんあるレストランでは夕陽を眺めながら地元の美味しいお魚やお肉、野菜をイタリアンに調理してもらって頂けました。朝御飯は和食も選べて毎朝楽しみでした。客室も清潔で広く、大浴場は露天もあり夕陽や朝火を見ながらゆっくりできました。 フロントの男性スタッフさんがカメラに詳しく親切で、星のことや台風のことなど教えてくださり子供も嬉しそうでした。 ま たお伺いする日が楽しみです！"
