Coffee and tea from a machine in the lobby available all hours and facilities to leave your bags prior to check in were appreciated "

"The location was very nice. Family Mart is in the building, different train stations were within 5 min walking distance, Tokyo station was less than 15 min. Hotel provided lots of snacks and drinks at various times, if you happen to be at the hotel during those times could give them a try. It was nice to have water bottles provided everyday for added convinence. The room was a decent size for Tokyo, making it easy to pack and have enough space to store luggage."

"Location was fantastic with plenty of food options and konbinic nearby. It was convenient to get to Tokyo Station and other major stations. Breakfast was luxurious and the foot spa was a great add on to try after a long day of walking! "

"This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back."

"When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again."
