"Very centrally located historic building. Entrance via electronic lock system. They have a laundry room in the basement but no real instructions on how to use and pay for it. I called the host but the lady on the phone also had no idea how it works and told she woul call me back. She called me back very shortly after und told me that I need special tokens and they could bring them by what I declined because of time constraints. At night it was really loud on the street in front of the room...

"I was meant to get a code to check in as it's a self-check-in. Nothing was sent!!. I was waiting at the reception for over half an hour and rang every number there, including the emergency number, and they were not interested..... Make sure you get a code before turning up, as they are unhelpful, especially if you turn up in the evening.... I would not go again!"
