「When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room. While to done this might not be the most positive review, these things happen and things do get missed. It's how it all gets sorted that matters. 」

「Our stay began with one of our party having to chase up information about the lockbox number, without which no access to the doorkey was possible. The information eventually reached us but failed to mention that the door locks to anyone on the outside when pulled shut, and this was only discovered later in the day when we were trying to get our child to sleep which was fairly disruptive. 「We got moved to this property by the Expedia relocation team at the last minute. Was an excellent apartment. Unfortunately the internet and smart TV were pretty bad so you may struggle to use streaming services like Disney plus etc to to watch movie and series etc. But apart from the the place was perfect We were a group of four men and we're able to really relax in comfort, eat and drink and enjoy ourselves. 」
