"We stayed in the penthouse condo #509 - it was beautiful and well equipped. It was nice and quiet.
We used the hot tub and steam room, both were nice. We didn’t realize we needed our fob to re-enter the building from the outdoor pool area as well, so we got locked out. Thankfully someone was using the gym and we were able to get them to rescue us!
Great location; close to shopping, dining, and wineries. We discovered the best bakery (Specialty Bakery) nearby.
The condo board messages around the property sound a little aggressive and were off-putting, but we had a pleasant stay.
The only negative thing was that I didn’t receive the check-in email 24 hours prior to my visit as I should have. When I called to enquire the man I spoke with was rude and said they tried sending it several times and it was probably in my junk mail (it wasn’t). Then he said it wasn’t sent because I never replied to any of their other emails - I went and double checked the previous emails and none of them had required a response to any questions. He sent the email during our phone call and my partner and I were able to check in smoothly. So customer service was definitely lacking.
Overall the place was great and I would definitely stay here again. "
