「Tout est parfait, excellent accueil 」

「櫃檯女士的服務非常親切，會很有耐心和顧客溝通，只是在下午二點到五點期間，旅館內沒有任何服務人員。房間內整潔舒適，只是浴室裡抽風機非常大聲，就算是門關起來，睡覺時還是覺得有點吵。旅館的位置離市區有點遠，從車站到旅館，就算是搭乘公車也需要再步行十五分鐘的時間。旅館旁邊有一間超市，買日用品很方便，旅館附近有一間KFC，也可以解決用餐的問題，整體住宿環境還算不錯。」

「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」

Cependant des l’arrivée dans la chambre a l’ouverture de la porte une odeur de cigarette froide nous a surpris (étant non fumeurs en plus, et avec une enfant de 4 ans) Nous nous sommes donc dirigés vers la réception , cette pauvre dame était désolée car rien ne pouvait être fait car hôtel complet. Et en nous couchant notamment dans le lit du haut mon mari est tombé sur des fourmis pleins de fourmis...

「Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」

「I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient.
