Affordability for ocean veiw on beach. Breakfast not continental and outright disappointing. Indoor pool cold and very cloudy. Our room 209 had black mold on ceiling and in ac. To their credit staff moved us down hall. 202 was ok but had very dirty ac and filter. Also in hurry to set up room they forgot the shower curtian. Had to wait almost 30mins for it. Staff friendly. Elevator extremely slow. We used the stairs for 2nd floor.

After booking I read mixed reviews online and was a bit nervous for our stay, but once we arrived my concerns were quickly gone. The property is located in a great spot right off the beach and within about 5 minute walking distance from plenty of food and stores. The outdoor and indoor pool were open and clean and in good condition. We had a city view room in the second building and everything was great our room, sheets, and towels were all clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in ocean city, Maryland and definitely plan on returning and staying here again!

We stayed here with our two kids, visiting from Frederick, MD, and had a great experience! The hotel manager, Eric, was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our family. His hospitality really made our stay special. Highly recommend!

On the expedia there was a picture of the building facing the Ocean but we got rooms on the other side . I booked it together but we two families were given 2 seperate rooms 221 & 326 on second & third floors though we wanted it at least on the same floor. The rooms were Smelly, bathroom tub on the second floor was blocked. Not a great experience booking with Expedia!!

It got the job done. It’s just a really old building now. Carpets look gross. Bed was itchy. Elevator was shaky. Anyone can really come in and out of the building so not really secure. And the breakfast time was a nightmare. No seat for really anyone. Ppl fighting over the waffle makers since it was extremely crowded for the area. It was a mess. After the first day of finding out the hard way that it was crazy packed and no room, we decided to just do breakfast elsewhere the rest of the trip. Which sucks because part of the reason we picked that hotel was because breakfast was included. We will not be staying here again.

During our recent stay, we experienced a severe and unacceptable situation. Our original room (Room 316) was infested with bedbugs, which we discovered shortly after checking in. We were moved to another room (Room 325), directly across the hall — yet this room also had serious issues. The tub and sink barely drained, the shower head made loud noises, and worst of all, my infant was bitten. I have photo evidence showing red marks and swelling on his face. We were charged nearly $1,000 for this stay — for unsanitary, unsafe conditions. When I spoke with the General Manager, Donnie Wooten, he acknowledged the presence of bedbugs in the first room but attempted to downplay my concerns about the second, even suggesting my child could’ve been bitten elsewhere. I’m still waiting on a call back to confirm the investigation into the second room where my son was bitten. What’s even more alarming is the lack of accountability and proper room inspection. Are these rooms not being thoroughly checked before being given to paying guests? Housekeeping clearly missed obvious health hazards. The last morning, I woke up feeling itchy and uncomfortable myself. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, health safety, and customer care is beyond disappointing. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel — especially families with young children. We expected a safe and clean environment, and instead were exposed to serious health risks and were met

This was our first time staying at this Quality Inn location. Pros: easy check-in process; less than 5 minute walk from the beach; cable TV; free WiFi; parking was ok. Cons: VERY dated accommodations—any room that says “city view” on their site will be assigned to the older property (I wish I would have known this ahead of time. The pics on their website shows pics of the “newer” building); old elevator (it’s only one in the building and it looks like it was built in the early 1970’s); old carpet and fixtures; tub was slippery and toilet sits way too low to the floor; old dingy closet space and worse of all: MOLD on the a/c unit’s vents.

We liked how close to the beach we were. What we didn't like was how dirty the pool area was and how out dated the room was. The paint on the bathtub came off on our skin and the exhaust fan cover was falling off.
