The hotel is great we loved our stay. Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked very well, breakfast was good, pool/splash pad was amazing. They give you complementary beach chairs at the beach with your stay which was nice to have. The area had tons to do food places mini golf, arcades, etc.. nothing was to far to drive or take the bus. The beds were also super comfortable which was nice being away from home. We will absolutely be back

So, first, we noticed the dirty floor. Then, the shower and bathroom were really dirty. Today morning, when we woke up, my friend got multiple bites from bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The room also smelled like mold, and the thick walls made us hear a woman arguing and screaming all morning

The location is great. Close to the beach, plenty of family entertainment and restaurants in walking distance. The room lack seating other than the bed. The fridge and coffee area blocked the area to hang clothing and there was no line to dry towels. The house keeping staff was very nice. Unfortunately, they didn't have replacement towels, bathmat or wash cloths. Overall it was a good place to stay.

This property is very clean. I am always nervous because beach hotels notoriously are not. Our room was on the bay side so it was quiet at night to sleep. Very family friendly, although was here with friends this trip. Grab and go breakfast was easy. Coffee was good. I was surprised there was a resort fee upon arrival, but you did get 2 chairs on the beach with that so that was nice.

I love the renovation of the hotel. The price is very reasonable and the shuttle service to the beach and back was clutch. The driver was mad cool! The rooftop restaurant has excellent food and service. My only pet peeve was the shower curtain in the bathroom smelled very sour and badly.

Everything was great, except for The pancake machine was not working wish they replaced it or had something in place of it like a waffle maker or something. They were completely out off hard boiled eggs. They Need to add more rugs from the pool doors to the elevators, due to puddles of water just sitting on the floor causing a slipping hazard. Absolutely loved the 2 beach chairs we got as a complementary and the shuttle that takes you to and from the beach was wonderful(they take you and all your beach stuff starting at 10:30ish-5pm) the shuttle runs every 30 mins back and forth.

Overall decent experience due to the kind and efficient staff and their concerns for our needs. The AC shut down the 2nd night we stayed there but the 3rd night the AC Tech got it to work. The breakfast was meager and always overcrowded in the AM so it was difficult to get anything. The coffee was terrible....sorry. Maybe the URN needs to be cleaned regularly. Thank you

We enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to the beach. It was a short 5 minute walk across the street and the hotel offered free beach chairs that you can rent for the day. We appreciate that it is a pet friendly hotel because that allowed us to bring our two dogs with us. There is only one small patch of grass marked as the pet area that isn't well maintained. Our dogs were not fans of it, so we had to walk them around the property and across the street to find other grassy areas for them to do their business. This was troublesome during the extreme heat because you had to cross hot asphalt to get to any sort if grass, including the pet area. The grab & go breakfast situation was less than ideal. The dining room was poorly arranged and crowded which caused lots of congestion. The only warm breakfast sandwiches they offered went fast, so get there early if you want one. The pool area was small, there were no clean towels when we went and not enough chairs to sit or place your things. The hotel appeared to be family friendly and we noticed that they offered an activity for kids every day.

The property is fine....the check in if you go through Expedia....you CAN NOT check in until 4:00pm, not one minute earlier. (no one was check-in in at this time we got there) We got to the Fenwick Inn at 3:15pm and were told because we went through "Expedia third party" we could not check in till 4:00pm. By 3:45 there were 20 families waiting to check in and that took about 45 minutes to complete....because people wanted to change booking to more people staying. The staff was nice but along with checking families in they had to answer the PHONES for housekeeping then call housekeeping helping the ones that have already checked in. They need to streamline this process, many people were getting frustrated it was hot in the waiting area. Don't worry about where you made the reservation be happy people made the reservation thru the third party to your hotel, let them check in when they arrive!!!!

When I tried to check in at 4:00 I was told the room is not ready and I had to wait. At 4:40 I went to the front desk to check the status and was told I had to join the line. I insisted that I was not joining the line again because I did so already and was told to wait. I received my room about4:45. This is UNACCEPTABLE.. The line was long and there was ONE attendant.
