Great location. Clean. Front desk staff were nice. Quaint old style beach motel. Would absolutely stay again. Pool was nice. Love the Adirondack chairs outside the rooms.

Great stay at Dunes Court! The rates were amazing, the room was clean and in great condition. Located in a great area and very convenient. We have stayed here before and love it. Only negative I will mention this time was that the housekeeper decided to use a leaf blower at 9am and walk around the property right by the rooms. I assume this was to blow sand off the sidewalk or leafs. But this could have waited until after check out time of 11am. Besides that, the stay was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Very convenient to beach and boardwalk. My room did not have blankets on the bed so we had to request and we got them right away. Phone did not work. People were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Overall loved our stayand will return again.

I would return to Dunes Court again! It was immaculate, pleasant, and economical. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was always access to a wonderful coffee machine in the lobby for endless cups of coffee. Plenty of parking, a clean pool, and close proximity to the beach. Great place!!!

This was a great motel with great access to the beach. It had a wonderful vintage beach feel. The room overall was extremely clean and comfortable. Only thing I can say was the shower was a little touchy and did have a rust stain from not being able to turn the water completely off. 10/10 would definitely stay here again we loved it.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful, professional, and courteous. When I made the reservation, I requested a beachfront patio. Unfortunately, those rooms were already booked. To my surprise, when we arrived, they upgraded us to the Dunes Suites. A beautiful, clean, spacious room, with a courtyard view, and a quick walk to the beach & boardwalk. We couldn’t have been happier. The next trip we take to OC, we will certainly book with the Dunes. Great job!

Great place and even better staff. The hotel does show its age but you can tell that they do their best at maintaining the property. Overall experience was wonderful and if we visited Ocean City again we would stay there again

Enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and convenient to everything. Steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed. They have a pool and plenty of on site parking. We will come again for sure.
