No elevator, no parking they checked me in to 3rd floor room. No paper receipt for my stay and put $200 hold on my credit. Hair left in bathroom shower/bath on the walls which tells me staff does not clean. I only stayed one night and left $4 tip for maid service

Only downside was no elevator and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor with heavy things. Other than that the room was soooo clean. They provide towels make up remover lotions and shampoo, etc. coffee in the room and mini fridge. Enjoyed my stay and will come back!

This was a great motel with great access to the beach. It had a wonderful vintage beach feel. The room overall was extremely clean and comfortable. Only thing I can say was the shower was a little touchy and did have a rust stain from not being able to turn the water completely off. 10/10 would definitely stay here again we loved it.

Really nice property; not fancy at all but they do the basics right. Had a problem with the air conditioner the first night—literally froze, 62° and the gauge wouldn’t go up or down or off, especially an issue when you’re wet from the beach or pool—but maintenance shut it off at the breaker the next day and installed a window unit. Not a perfect fix but good enough to get through our stay. Bottom line, they got on the problem right away and found a solution. Nice people and we would stay again.

When I checked in, the staff was friendly. The rooms and the pool area were clean. It was not ocean view but there wasn't any roads or highways to cross to get to the beach. The hot/cold water for the shower is very difficult to get the temperature right! Once you do, it's fine.

The price for the location was excellent. However the shower leaked the entire stay. The air conditioning unit leaked as well which ended up soaking the entire side of the bed where some of our belongings were. The lamp shades had a lot of black markings which could have been dirt, rust, or who knows what else. There were four of us in a room and only provided two shower towels, thankfully we brought our own. The day of check out I felt rushed because the cleaning crew came to our room three times before we were able to finish packing and loading our car.

Location was good for the beach and boardwalk but online it says no smoking and all we smelled was weed cause people were smoking on the balcony! People were partying on the balcony in way hours of the night and i couldn't sleep!!
