The room smelled like mold I told the front desk they said they would have the room cleaned the room was cleaned but it still smelled like mold

This property looks fairly new or updated on the surface, but there are a lot of issues. The front desk was nice enough, but didn’t seem to care much about issues when we brought them up. Room needed a more thorough vacuuming and other issues, no toilet part upon check-in, shower rod broken and falling off causing lots of water leaking after use, bedside lamps not working, one dim main lamp- no lighting in sitting/sofa area. Grouchy breakfast staffer who refused to let me toast my own bread 3 minutes after breakfast ended. Loud, obnoxious clientele and strong smell of marijuana in hallways both days. We realize it’s a busy vacation area, but none of these issues would be hard to remedy!! It was a last minute trip, next time we’ll pay more and hope for better at a different chain.

Great location for an overnight beach trip. Close to seafood restaurants, Ocean City MD boardwalk and walkable to an ice cream shop. Room was nice, included breakfast was good and amenities were nice.

I liked that the property wasn’t close to the busyness of the beach and boardwalk, but had an abundance of eateries around it. And although I own a dog (I didn’t bring him though), I didn’t like the dog across the hall barking day and night as well as the kids running up and down the hallways. P.s it also took 4 hours to get wash clothes and towels.

We had a great time during our stay and the only issue we had was that our air condition unit was leaking so the floor area was soaked. Once we reported the issue the staff made arrangements to repair the air conditioning unit while we were away enjoying the beach. Great location and family friendly. Would stay again.

This property is nothing like the pictures. We got the room because it was suppose to have the L shaped couch area to fold out into a bed. We only got a small pull out couch. The water would go hot and cold. The carpet was disgustingly dirty and I have a toddler with me. There also is a $150.00 cleaning fee that was not disclosed to us at booking. We where suppose to stay for 2 nights and ended up only staying for one. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that I would only be provided one parking pass. This was not communicated when I made the reservation. My husband and I drove separately. They told me we could park his car at the park and ride down the street. If I knew we were only allowed one parking pass I would have booked somewhere else. This was extremely frustrating.

Some of the staff were friendly and greeted accordingly, others did not. The breakfast meat was only pork. I thought there should have been other choices. There was a disagreement regarding my 6 lb dog. 2 front female employees told us my dog needed to take the steps. None of this information was told to us at check in. There are no signs any where that indicates this. Overall I probably wouldn't stay at this particular comfort Inn.
