Die Zimmer sind ganz neu und sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung ist optimal und die Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten völlig ausreichend. Zudem ist die Küche optimal ausgestattet. (nur die Töpfe/Pfanne sind viel zu groß für die Kochplatten und für zwei Personen auch) Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, direkt am Ski und Rodelberg und 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ortskern entfernt Das Frühstücksbuffet - zum mitnehmen aufs Zimmer oder im kleinen Bistro einzunehmen - Boot an drei von fünf Tagen, alles, was man braucht. Ein, zwei Tagen gab es merkwürdigerweise nicht mal ausreichend Brötchen ebenso wie kein Obst, kein Joghurt keine sonstigen Angebote.?!? Einzige Kritik. Ist meiner Meinung nach, dass es auch bei einem Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten nicht eine Zimmerreinigung gab. - man bucht ja ein Hotel und keine Ferienwohnung. Zum selber reinigen aber auch überhaupt keinerlei Utensilien zur Verfügung stehen.

Hotel im ganzen neuem Stil, die älteren Gäste hatten etwas Probleme, gerade beim ungewohnten Frühstücksbüffet… Abholung aufs Zimmer. Da der Altbau saniert wird, wird das sicherlich anders werden:).

Hochpreisige Baustelle

Davon haben wir uns mehr versprochen. Wir hofften, mit dem Ausflug in dieses überhöhte Preissegment, etwas wirklich besonderes ergattert zu haben. Leider war während der Buchung keineswegs ersichtlich, dass es sich hier um eine Baustelle handelt. Meeega ärgerlich. Das Gebäude selbst ist sicher ideenreich gestaltet und in bester Lage zu Ort und Skigebiet, aber eben noch weit weg von fertig. Unser Wunsch, hier eine mehrtägige Auszeit zu nehmen, wurde pünktlich um 8.00 mit dem Schlagbohrer zerschlagen, dass wir erwogen, den Aufenthalt vorzeitig abzubrechen. Unser Zimmer war eher winzig, was mit Wintersachen und über längere Zeit sicher herausfordernd ist. Im kleinen integrierten Lobby-Bistro war die TiefkühlPizza im 2. Versuch dann auch die richtige. Gut gemeint ist eben oft das Gegenteil von gut gemacht. Für die Misere wurde angangs die Ersatttung der Parkplatzgebühr von 10€ als Kompensation angeboten. Phuuu, da stockte kurz der Atem, bevor sich der wirklich nette, jedoch etwas hilflos wirkende Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nach Rücksprache doch noch etwas weiter aus dem Fenster lehnte, was unseren Ärger angesichts des Gesamtpreises sicher nicht in Gänze auffangen konnte, ich aber von einer weiteren Diskussion absah, um noch etwas Energie für die Rückfahrt zu haben. Schade, O'thal, wir haben uns wohl zum letzten Mal gesehen.
