「Ein sehr schönes zentral aber ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus plus Tiefgarage, sehr freundliches Personal, Bar und Aussenbereich sehr einladend, Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr großzügig, sogar mit Sitzgelegenheit zum fernsehen, sehr sauber, Matratzen super, Bad ebenfalls top und sauber, Frühstück sehr vielseitig, von Kaffe und Tee, verschiedenen Brot- und Brötchensorten über Müsli, Wurst,Käse, Lachs bis hin zu Rührei mit Speck und Würstchen alles vom feinsten. 「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug aber bei 3 Etagen ist das kein Problem. Der Balkon auf der Südseite ist sehr schön groß und der Blick auf den Rhein sowie den Rheinkanal war super. Die Lage auf der Rheininsel ist super. So kann man sowohl nach Deutschland als auch in Frankreich Ausflugsziele besuchen. Das Frühstück hat 12€ extra gekostet aber es gab alles was das Herz begehrt und man konnte zwischen Rührei und Spiegelei wählen....

「Das Zimmer war eins der saubersten, die wir je hatten. Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und amüsant und das Frühstück super. In direkter Nähe zum Europark. Etwas laut, da wir direkt zum Nachbar Restaurant, wo eine Hochzeit stattfand und direkt über der Küchenlüftung war. Aber abgesehen davon gut. Bequeme Betten und Bettzeug. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and...
