With new safety guidelines in place, travel looks a little different at the moment. These are some handy things to know before you hop on that plane to Oberwald:

• Keep your face mask on even during airport screening. A TSA officer will require you to lower your mask temporarily for ID purposes.

• Remove personal items from your pocket, like your wallet and phone, and place them in your carry-on instead of the bins. This will reduce handling during the screening process.
• If you want to take food on board, put it in a clear plastic bag and then into a screening bin. This reduces the likelihood that a TSA agent will need to touch your carry-on bag or food container for inspection.
