"Hotel is in a great location!! The proximity to the train station, restaurants and shops was perfect for us during our stay. I do have to say that the beds and pillow’s leave a lot to be desired as far as comfort goes. They are definitely more decorative than they are practical for use. Interlaken and the surrounding towns are absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend visiting the area."

"Breathtaking view… we loved the vibe of this stay..super friendly helpful staff…sparkling clean restrooms and common areas…great little restaurant just a minute outside…cozy rooms… free breakfast..lots to do nearby…we didn’t have a restroom in our room but it was very close by and extremely clean. "Property has no air conditioning and radiators were on in the room. I was able to turn one off and after requesting help on the second was told it was locked and as low as possible. Slept with balcony door open and provided fan. Stay was April 6 and 7. "
